Welcome to CryptoGroupBuy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NSW Agency Ltd, a company registered in Singapore with its business address at 8 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 1, Level 43, Singapore 018960.

By accessing the CryptoGroupBuy website, purchasing a subscription, joining our community, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CryptoGroupBuy membership grants you access to premium crypto intelligence, educational content, signal notifications, whale tracking tools, and our private community channels. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

Sharing your account, reselling access, or distributing proprietary content outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

CryptoGroupBuy offers subscription-based access to premium features. Available plans include monthly and annual subscriptions, which are described on our pricing page. All subscriptions are billed in advance.

Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Access credentials and onboarding instructions are delivered to the email address associated with your account.

Subscription benefits, tools, and content availability may vary based on the plan you select. We may introduce new features, tools, or membership tiers from time to time.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans renew every 365 days.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment is successfully processed. You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@cryptogroupbuy.com.

Members receive access to premium content and community channels for the duration of their active subscription. Access is granted through secure login credentials and, where applicable, Discord server integration.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services such as Discord, Stripe, or internet service providers.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue certain features or content channels without prior notice, provided that the overall value of the membership is maintained.

Our community channels — including Discord — are intended for constructive discussion, knowledge sharing, and respectful interaction. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Not spam, promote unrelated projects, or solicit members for external services.
• Not share pirated content, malware, or harmful links.
• Respect the privacy of other members and not share private conversations publicly.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community and termination of your subscription without refund.

All content on CryptoGroupBuy — including articles, videos, trading setups, signal formats, dashboards, branding, logos, and proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of NSW Agency Ltd or its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute premium content outside the platform.
• Create derivative works from proprietary signals, tools, or educational materials.
• Use CryptoGroupBuy branding or trademarks without written permission.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download platform content.

You agree to use CryptoGroupBuy in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data or overwhelm our infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm the platform or users.

Any conduct that harms the integrity of the platform, its members, or its reputation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

CryptoGroupBuy provides digital services and immediate access to premium content upon subscription. Because of the nature of these services, refunds may be restricted after access is granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if technical issues prevented you from accessing the Service, or if you accidentally purchased a duplicate subscription. Contact us at contact@cryptogroupbuy.com within 14 days of purchase with full details of your situation.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed through the appropriate channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSW Agency Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CryptoGroupBuy.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted — whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CryptoGroupBuy is an evolving ecosystem. Features, tools, bots, dashboards and premium resources may evolve, improve or change over time based on community growth and platform development.

We continuously work to enhance the value we deliver to members. This means the specific tools, signal formats, educational content, and platform features available today may be updated, replaced, or expanded as we identify better ways to serve our community.

Our commitment is to maintain and grow the overall quality and value of the membership. Significant reductions in scope will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes subscription pricing, feature availability, community platforms, and content channels.

Material adverse changes to your active subscription will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel if the new terms are unacceptable.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date displayed at the top.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or acted in a way that harms the platform or other members.

Upon termination, your access to premium content and community channels will be revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, liability limitations, and intellectual property provisions — will remain in effect.
