Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Transparent, professional terms for your CryptoGroupBuy subscription. Purchases are handled securely by Stripe. Read this carefully before subscribing.

Overview

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the CryptoGroupBuy website, operated by NSW Agency Ltd, a company registered in Singapore.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.

Subscription Purchase

CryptoGroupBuy offers subscription-based membership plans that grant access to premium crypto intelligence, signal alerts, educational content, whale tracking, and private community channels.

To purchase a subscription:

  1. Select your preferred plan (monthly or annual) on the pricing page.
  2. Enter your email address and payment details through our secure checkout.
  3. Confirm your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  4. Follow the onboarding instructions to activate your account and community access.

All subscriptions are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions are suspected.

Payment via Stripe

All payments on CryptoGroupBuy are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stripe handles your payment information using bank-grade encryption and security standards.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers. Payment data is retained by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) where supported by Stripe in your region. Alternative payment methods may be available depending on your location.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription plan provides full access to CryptoGroupBuy premium features for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. It automatically renews every 30 days unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day period, and you will retain access until that date. No partial-month refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations.

Pricing for monthly plans is clearly displayed at checkout and may be subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect.

Annual Subscription

The annual subscription plan provides the same full premium access for 12 months from the date of purchase, typically at a discounted rate compared to 12 consecutive monthly payments. It automatically renews every 365 days unless cancelled.

Annual subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of the current annual term. You will retain access until the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations during the annual term except where required by applicable law.

We may offer promotional annual pricing from time to time. Promotional rates apply only to the initial term and revert to standard annual pricing upon renewal unless otherwise stated.

Access Activation

Premium access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your account credentials and step-by-step onboarding instructions to join the private community and access premium channels.

If you do not receive your activation email within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
  • Contact us at contact@cryptogroupbuy.com with your payment confirmation details.

Delayed access due to incorrect email entry or technical issues on our side will be resolved promptly, and your subscription period will be adjusted accordingly.

Digital Product Disclaimer

CryptoGroupBuy provides digital services, software-based tools, educational content, and community access. By their nature, these are intangible digital products delivered electronically.

Once access is granted, the service has been substantially consumed. This means that standard cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal periods applicable to physical goods may not apply to your subscription, in accordance with consumer protection laws governing digital content.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, understanding that this may affect your statutory right to cancel in certain jurisdictions.

Refund Conditions

Because CryptoGroupBuy provides digital services and immediate premium access, refunds may be restricted after access is granted, except where legally required.

We may grant refunds in the following situations:

  • You experienced a technical failure that prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 48 hours after purchase, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • You accidentally purchased the same subscription twice. We will refund the duplicate charge.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription, and you can provide proof of timely cancellation.
  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date to contact@cryptogroupbuy.com with your account email and a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunded funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails due to expired card details, insufficient funds, or other reasons, Stripe will automatically retry the charge according to its retry schedule. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment.

If the payment remains unresolved after reasonable retry attempts, your subscription may be suspended and your premium access revoked. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment method and settling any outstanding balance.

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer for failed transactions or overdrafts. Please ensure your payment details are current and accurate.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at contact@cryptogroupbuy.com.

Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not terminate your current access. You will continue to enjoy premium benefits until the end of your paid billing period. After that date, your account will revert to inactive status and community access will be removed.

Reactivation is simple: log back in and resubscribe. However, promotional pricing used during your original subscription may not be available upon reactivation.

Chargeback Abuse Prevention

Friendly fraud and abusive chargebacks harm the community and increase costs for everyone. We take chargeback abuse seriously.

If you have a concern about your subscription or believe you are entitled to a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at contact@cryptogroupbuy.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster and more fairly than a bank dispute process.

Chargebacks initiated without reasonable cause or without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your CryptoGroupBuy account.
  • Reporting to relevant fraud monitoring databases.
  • Legal action to recover damages if warranted.

We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor and card networks.
